How do I create an account?
Click the My Account link here or at the top left hand side of our site and click the Create an Account button. Fill in all of the required information on the form and click the Create Account button.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the My Account link here or at the top left hand side of our site and sign in. On the account welcome screen, select Account Information, Address Book or Account Dashboard to add or modify your account information.
I forgot my password.
Click the My Account link here or at the top left hand side of our site and sign in. Click the 'Forgot Your Password?' link next to the Login button and provide the email address associated with your account. Instructions for resetting your password will be emailed to that address.
How do I place an order?
Click on the Catalog link here or at the top of our site then choose the product categories. Click on the product image if you want to buy the product or see more details. Select your size and quantity, then click on the Add to Cart button. Your shopping cart is displayed at the right hand side of the screen. To place your order, please click on the Checkout button.
Can I place an order if I do not have an account?
No, you cannot place an order if you do not have an account. Please see the section how do I create an account?
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
For your convenience, you can order online easily and pay via the following methods:
- Credit/Debit Card: Online orders are payable on our secured server with Visa & Master Card.
- Paypal: During checkout, please select the Paypal payment option and you will be redirected to a Paypal page to complete your payment.
All payments are processed through a secured server and no one will ever access your payment information.
When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the My Account link here or at the top left hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation via email when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information, and is based on several factors including the items ordered and the shipping method selected.

Do you ship to my country?
To see if we currently ship to your country, add an item to your cart, view the cart and click the Checkout button. On the address entry page, you can view the list of countries we currently ship to. If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, unfortunately, we cannot ship to your country at this time.
When will my order be shipped and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?
Orders shipping to destinations outside the European Union or outside the United States might incur duties and taxes. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

What is your return policy?
We are proud to accept any product in resalable condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment - without any restocking fees. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping. We will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size than what you actually ordered).
We will accept returns on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment* only under the following conditions:
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Items must be clean and free from wear
- Items must be unwashed
Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc).
*For your protection, undergarments, swim suits, mouth guards, protective cups and compression shorts cannot be returned, even if they are new.
Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags, warranty cards, and any attachments. Write the order number on the outside of the box. Ship the item via insured ground service. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
